# Can I change or cancel my order after confirming it?

This depends on the **type of product** and the **processing stage** of your order.

### For standard products not yet shipped

A change or cancellation is generally possible as long as the order hasn't been dispatched. **Contact us as soon as possible**: the sooner you ask, the better the chances of it happening before shipping.

### For made-to-measure products (springs, cables)

Once production has started, **the order can no longer be changed or cancelled** — that's the very nature of made-to-measure (see "How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?").
