# How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

As a private individual, you have a right of withdrawal for a distance purchase, with certain important exceptions depending on the type of product.

### The principle

You have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty. Shipping and return costs remain your responsibility.

### The exceptions

- Made-to-measure products (springs, cables or any product manufactured to your dimensions): no right of withdrawal. The order can no longer be cancelled once production has started, and the product cannot be returned after receipt.
- Electronic products and electronic components (openers, control units, circuit boards, transmitters/receivers, bulbs…): the right of withdrawal ends as soon as the product is taken out of its packaging.

### How to exercise it

Contact us to let us know your decision, then return the item (new, unused and complete), together with a copy of your invoice. Return costs are your responsibility. The refund is issued after receipt and inspection, excluding the original shipping costs.
