# How soon is my order shipped and delivered?

# Shipping

Any order placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 noon (excluding public holidays) is **shipped the same day**. Other orders go out as soon as our logistics service reopens.

# Delivery


### In France

* **Chronopost** — delivered the day after shipping, before 1pm
* **DPD** — delivered within 24 to 48 hours of shipping (home or pick-up point)
* **Colissimo** — delivered within 48 hours of shipping (home or pick-up point)
* **GLS** — delivered within 24 to 72 hours of shipping

### In Europe
* **DPD** — delivered within 48 to 72 hours of shipping
* **GLS** — delivered within 48 to 72 hours of shipping

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the order.
