# Is the part in stock, and how long will it take?

Some parts are in stock, others are prepared or made to order. Here's how it works.

### In-stock parts
An order placed Monday to Friday **before 12:00 noon** (excluding public holidays) is **shipped the same day**. If placed after 12 noon or over the weekend, it goes out as soon as our logistics service reopens.

### Back-order or out-of-stock parts
We order from our suppliers **daily** to keep our stock levels at their best. A part that isn't immediately available is shipped either as soon as it's received by our logistics service, or delivered directly by the supplier.

**Not sure about a lead time?** Ask us before ordering, especially if it's urgent: we'll give you the real lead time for your part.
