Standard spring or made-to-measure spring: which should I choose?

If the make of your door is Novoferm, Hormann, Tubauto or Normstahl => you need the manufacturer's original springs. We hold most of their references in stock. To help us identify them, please send us the identification plate.

For Hormann or Tubauto springs, you simply need to give us the wire length and diameter — we take care of the rest.

For other makes, we manufacture made-to-measure springs — see the section "How do I know which spring to choose for my garage door?"

⚠️ Made-to-measure orders are final once production has started: they cannot be changed, cancelled or returned. If in doubt about a measurement, get it confirmed before configuring.
