How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

As a private individual, you have a right of withdrawal for a distance purchase, with certain important exceptions depending on the type of product.

The principle

You have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty. Shipping and return costs remain your responsibility.

The exceptions

• Made-to-measure products (springs, cables or any product manufactured to your dimensions): no right of withdrawal. The order can no longer be cancelled once production has started, and the product cannot be returned after receipt.
• Electronic products and electronic components (openers, control units, circuit boards, transmitters/receivers, bulbs…): the right of withdrawal ends as soon as the product is taken out of its packaging.

How to exercise it

Contact us to let us know your decision, then return the item (new, unused and complete), together with a copy of your invoice. Return costs are your responsibility. The refund is issued after receipt and inspection, excluding the original shipping costs.
