How do I make a return?

A return is possible in most cases, subject to our prior agreement. Here's how it works.

Standard parts, in their original condition, complete, with all their accessories.
⚠️ Cannot be returned: made-to-measure products (springs, cables made to your dimensions) once production has started, as well as electronic products (motors, control units, circuit boards, transmitters/receivers) once removed from their blister packaging and/or installed.

Contact us first with your order number and the reason — no return is accepted without our prior agreement, otherwise it will not result in any credit or refund.
Once agreement is given, return the part in its original condition, complete, with a copy of your invoice.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

It is issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product, up to the price of the returned items, excluding the original shipping costs.
