My part is faulty or broken: am I covered by the warranty?
If a part has a defect, you're covered. Here's how it works.
What the warranty covers
Aidegar guarantees the conformity and proper operation of its products in line with the manufacturer's warranty, within the limits of suitable use and correct fitting.
The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the product found to be defective; if replacement or repair is not possible, Aidegar refunds up to the original price of the product.
What isn't covered
The warranty does not apply in the event of use that does not comply with the instructions provided, or if the product has been modified. Wear parts naturally cannot be covered under warranty. Only breakages inherent to a product defect can be covered, subject to the manufacturer's agreement. Also note: the return shipping costs needed for the exchange or repair of the product are not covered by the warranty.
What to do
Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos of the part. We'll assess the situation and offer you a solution.
And then? Send us your order number + photos: we'll look into cover.
Photos speed everything up: a clear picture of the defect lets us handle your request without a back-and-forth.
