A quick, accurate quote depends mainly on the quality of the information you send us. Here's the checklist to prepare before you write to us.
The checklist before contacting us:
- Which part is affected? (spring, motor, seal, lock…)
- What is the make and model of my door?
- Do I have precise measurements, or can I easily take them?
- Do I have photos of the part and of the door as a whole?
- Is this a like-for-like replacement or an upgrade?
The habit that helps: the more complete your first message, the fewer back-and-forths before you get a final quote.
