Is the part in stock, and how long will it take?

Some parts are in stock, others are prepared or made to order. Here's how it works.


In-stock parts

An order placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 noon (excluding public holidays) is shipped the same day. If placed after 12 noon or over the weekend, it goes out as soon as our logistics service reopens.


Back-order or out-of-stock parts

We order from our suppliers daily to keep our stock levels at their best. A part that isn't immediately available is shipped either as soon as it's received by our logistics service, or delivered directly by the supplier.


Not sure about a lead time? Ask us before ordering, especially if it's urgent: we'll give you the real lead time for your part.
Tell us which part you're interested in, and we'll confirm availability and lead time.
