Can I change or cancel my order after confirming it?

This depends on the type of product and the processing stage of your order.


For standard products not yet shipped


A change or cancellation is generally possible as long as the order hasn't been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible: the sooner you ask, the better the chances of it happening before shipping.


For made-to-measure products (springs, cables)


Once production has started, the order can no longer be changed or cancelled — that's the very nature of made-to-measure (see "How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?").
