My order has several parcels: why, and how do I track them?
Is your order arriving in several deliveries? That's normal in some cases. Here's why, and how to track each parcel.
An order can be split into several shipments, particularly when it mixes in-stock products with products delivered directly by our supplier. Or if the total weight exceeds the limit allowed by the chosen carrier.
How to track each one
You'll receive a tracking link per shipment (except for products sent directly by the supplier and oversized products). Check your inbox carefully for each separate shipment, and check your customer account for an overview of your order.
If one of the parcels is missing, contact us with your order reference: we'll confirm the status of each shipment.
