Can I have my order delivered to a pick-up point instead of my home?

Yes, depending on the carrier chosen at checkout.

Out during the day? Pick-up point delivery can be more convenient. Here are the options available.

Pick-up point options

• DPD pick-up point — select the most convenient pick-up point when ordering; you'll be notified by e-mail or SMS as soon as the parcel is available.
• Colissimo pick-up point — same principle, with notification as soon as it's ready for collection.
• Chronopost relay point — collection at the nearest relay point, at a time that suits you.

The pick-up point is chosen at the time of ordering, when selecting the delivery method.

NB: Parts that are too heavy (> 20kg) or too large (>1m) cannot be delivered to pick-up points.
