Shipping

Any order placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 noon (excluding public holidays) is shipped the same day. Other orders go out as soon as our logistics service reopens.

Delivery

In France

• Chronopost — delivered the day after shipping, before 1pm
• DPD — delivered within 24 to 48 hours of shipping (home or pick-up point)
• Colissimo — delivered within 48 hours of shipping (home or pick-up point)
• GLS — delivered within 24 to 72 hours of shipping

In Europe

• DPD — delivered within 48 to 72 hours of shipping
• GLS — delivered within 48 to 72 hours of shipping

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the order.
