How do I track my order?
Here's how to keep an eye on your order, from confirmation to delivery.
Log in to your account to follow the progress of your order and find the link to your parcel tracking.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as it's shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by e-mail, with a link to the carrier's website.
The carrier will keep you informed of your delivery's progress by e-mail or SMS.
Finding your order reference
It's shown in the confirmation e-mail you received after purchase, and in your customer account ("My account" section on the site).
And then? Keep your order reference to hand: it's the quickest way to deal with any query with us.
Is your parcel taking a while? The times shown by carriers are indicative only: if the estimated time has clearly been exceeded, contact us with your order reference and we'll check the progress of the delivery.
